MacScott Bond Aberdeen The Division is well equipped to conduct Accumulator Repair and Recertification in accordance with British Standard BS 1968: 2002, which is a requirement under the Pressure Systems Safety Regulation. We also have the capability to carry out refurbishment and repair of Hydraulic Equipment, and with cleanliness of a system of prime importance, pipework and umbilical flushing can also be undertaken along with on-site Fluid Analysis to Industry Standards.

In addition, flushing of pipework and umbilical’s is undertaken with fluid sampling to NAS Class Standard.

Preventative Maintenance
MacScott Bond can help plan a full maintenance program to enable equipment to be tested in a sequence that minimizes downtime. Flexibility in how we test Customers equipment and with consideration give to the loss of operational project time, we can, during this time offer replacement rental units. All requirements can be discussed with our Rental Team to ensure the most practical solution.
Recertification
As an authorised Accumulator Recertification Centre with personnel specially trained by leading manufacturers, we can offer a full repair and certification service in accordance preferred British Standards. In addition, we undertake painting to commercial and offshore specifications, nitrogen pre-charge and flushing to industry standards as well as arranging third party inspections for the customers.
